The Construction Industry Council will invite representatives of Competition Commission to explain the Competition Ordinance and share construction industry related cases, which help the audience to grasp the statutory requirement.

The CIC will implement in phases the new requirements of “integrity management” under Registered Specialist Trade Contractors Scheme from 1 April 2022 .
