The Construction Industry Council will invite Dr. Gary Shiu, the Executive Director (Policy & Advocacy) and Ms. Rita Wong, the Deputy Senior Legal Counsel of Competition Commission to explain the Competition Ordinance, share cases related to the construction industry, and introduce the "Small & Medium Enterprises Competition Compliance Hub" to help the audience understand the statutory requirements.
